Amanda was truly a home buying miracle! As first time home buyers we were navigating this journey completely blind and borderline unprepared but, Amanda was there every step of the way answering all of the questions and easing all of our anxieties. After speaking with about a half dozen realtors, my wife and I met Amanda during a showing. She seemed knowledgeable on the topic of home construction and the house buying process, and perhaps more importantly possessed an ability to quickly find answers to problems that arose through her network of realtor contacts and service technicians. And this was all demonstrated in the half hour before she formally represented us. In our house search we visited about a dozen properties, emailed 100+ times, and spoke on the phone several dozen hours during the negotiation, option, and closing periods for our new house. Amanda was also instrumental in hiring professionals so that a serious slab leak repair and full roof replacement were discovered prior to our option period ending and subsequently repaired prior to closing. The result is that we now own a home that will be safe for my family. In my opinion, a home buyer/seller should seriously consider retaining Amanda's representation because she is competent and a good communicator.

With all honesty, I don’t think I could find any better Relator. Amanda is full of knowledge, super professional, fast responder, patience, And always willing to assist. In my case, I had to go out of the country in a crucial time (2 weeks before closing) and not only she helped me as my relator, but also with other bureaucracies I was struggling with (bank loans etc). As a life-long resident of Plano, I have strong ties to my community. I am a 1991 graduate of Plano Senior High School, graduated from UT Dallas, and taught art for PISD for 11 years, ending my teaching career at the pinnacle by being awarded Teacher of the Year in 2018.
